MAXINE LEMIEUX
COLLABORATORS

is a queer and métis multidisciplinary graphic artist and photographer based in Toronto, Canada. She holds a degree in filmmaking and a specialization in design. Her art merges illustration and film photography, drawing inspiration from dance music and the enchantment of everyday moments. In 2022, she completed her first animated short film, "A Great Big Terrible Dream", leading her to win the Women in Film award at the Image Arts Film Festival. Maxine collaborates with Collective Arts on a beer can and paints murals at festivals.
From 2023 to 2024, she lived in Amsterdam to gather inspiration and push the boundaries of her work. Now, she has returned to Toronto to continue capturing the city's energy with fresh skills she has developed.
